I welcome you to join me for the difficult conversations, as I know this is where healing happens. My style of therapy is informal, compassionate, and responsive to each person’s unique needs. With a strength-based, real-life, and collaborative approach, I work to provide emotional support and guidance to adults and young adults challenged by the many adjustments to life transitions.
With numerous years of experience working in social-justice organizations, I have helped others to cope with grief, illness, trauma, and the many forms of anxiety and sadness that can result from these changing life circumstances. I embrace the practice of mindfulness and gratitude and the value of finding meaning and purpose in each of our lives.
I strive to empower my clients to create space, balance, and strength to process their own needs and move toward their own personal purpose. Additional areas of professional experience and interest include addictions, birth, parenting, indigenous and 2slgbtquia+ populations.
